Gill wrote to us to pass on her appreciation for the way that Birmingham Hippodrome caters for people with disabilities. She has been to the theatre on a few occasions and noted how accessible the theatre is, which makes it a more enjoyable visit.

"Dear Gary (Wilmot) - I felt I just had to write to say thank you for such a wonderful evening last night at the theatre. Your performance was nothing short of breath taking full of energy and enthusiasm supported by a brilliant cast. We couldn't believe just how hard you had to work as you were on stage for the entire show. We absolutely loved it. We used to live in London and have been to all the London musicals, now living in the Midlands it was a delight to see such a stunning show with a stunning star. Half a sixpence with Gary Wilmot is now on my top 5 list of best ever shows."
