As a registered charity and an independent theatre receiving no public subsidy, Birmingham Hippodrome welcomes financial support from individual theatre lovers. We are a big employer and a major contributor to the local economy, welcoming some 500,000 visitors annually.

Many Brummies and Midlanders have had their first taste of live performance here since we were founded in 1899. We still pride ourselves on our independence and our variety, literally offering something for everyone - from world-class opera and ballet to the family Panto, from top West End shows to touring international work.

There are many ways to support us; from just an additional £1 donation on your ticket booking, a £30 annual Friends membership or become a Patron from £150 per year.
